Refund & Cancellation Policy

If a resource content was viewed/downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request will be rejected. Finally, the users who purchase and refund multiple resources over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

Due to a technical issue or by mistake if a double payment was done then you need to report an immediate refund and the request will be reviewed if it is credited double then it will be refunded back as soon as possible.

You can apply for cancellation of the resource purchased before viewing or downloading the content. No refund will be provided if you cancel it after viewing or downloading any of the content.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at commlab.app@commlabindia.com and send your item to CommLab India LLP, No. 9-1-130 and 131, Sebastian Road, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Pin Code - 500003.

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on a few products. And for some products, shipping charges may apply as per the product and we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only (and delivery may vary from minimum 2 days to a maximum of 10 days for physical products and for digital products it may be a maximum of 1 to 4 days). We offer worldwide shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
